Expert Support
The Expert Support contract offers you a contact with a dedicated Technical Support engineer.
This support is accessible by telephone, Skype and e-mail.
Calls are answered during office hours.
A dedicated engineer will assist you throughout your contract. If he/she is not available, a call back within 4 working hours is guaranteed.
Questions by e-mails are handled within 48 hours maximum.
This contract may have two designed beneficiaries for a total of 30 incidents over one year.
