This contract is accessible by telephone, Skype and e-mail.

Phone calls are handled during office hours.

A dedicated engineer will assist you throughout your contract. If he/she is not available, a call back within 4 working hours is guaranteed.

Questions by e-mail are processed within 48 hours maximum.

This contract is addressed to 10 beneficiaries for a total of 70 incidents over one year.
