Free Period

You have just acquired a 4DBK product and you have not yet subscribed to a Technical Support contract? You benefit from a free 30-day trial period (from the first contact) and can ask your questions:

1. By e-mail, using the Contact form at your disposal.

2. By telephone, you contact us at the following number +41 (0) 32 342 27 32. The telephone support is available during office hours (UTC +1): 
Monday to Friday:  9:30AM to 12:30PM and 14:00PM to 17:00PM.

Support “on request”   

Your free period is over and you have not subscribed to one of our contracts. If you encounter a technical problem our Support “on request” formula will meet your needs. (Payment by Credit card).
